judge qualifications
Judges are essential
to the Science Fair each year. We are in need of 10-15 judges for student projects during the evening of the fair. Additionally, we will need 2-3 people that would be willing to interview students during the day.

Background - A judge must have a working knowledge of one or more scientific disciplines, including: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Earth, Environmental, or Plant Sciences, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Engineering, or Medicine and Health Sciences. Problem solvers from fields such as business, manufacturing, military/defense, government, farming, or education are also encouraged to volunteer.
Age - Higher level high school students through retirees are qualified. You will be assigned to judge an
age level according to your experience.
